End-to-End Quality Control
Six stages of quality assurance — from the moment raw materials arrive to the moment your order is dispatched.
Raw Material Inspection
Every incoming raw material batch is tested for purity and elemental composition before it enters the production line. Sub-standard inputs are rejected at source.
In-Process Monitoring
Critical process parameters — temperature, reaction time, concentration — are continuously monitored. Deviations trigger immediate corrective action.
Finished Product Testing
Every finished batch undergoes comprehensive analysis: assay, trace element levels, particle size distribution, moisture content, and physical appearance.
Certificate of Analysis
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is generated for every shipment, documenting all tested parameters against specification limits.
Packaging & Labelling
Products are packed in approved HDPE bags or drums with proper hazard labelling, batch numbers, and net weight — ready for domestic or export dispatch.
On-Time Dispatch
Committed delivery schedules are maintained through disciplined production planning. Customers receive advance dispatch notifications with documentation.
What We Test in Every Batch
Our in-house laboratory is equipped to perform comprehensive analysis on all antimony compounds. Results are documented and provided to customers as part of the Certificate of Analysis.
